Rhodium-coated archwires provide the perfect harmony with esthetic brackets and beautiful cosmetic effect. There is no risk of the coating peeling or color change during treatment. Rhodium coating reduces friction of the bracket slot/wire surfaces which is favorable for sliding mechanics.

The teflon-coated archwires are Micro-Teflon coated using very fine particles of Teflon. Fine particles stick better.

All coated wires and accessories are having very thin coating just sufficient to mask the color of metal. Thin coating is more chip resistant.
